I am an instructional designer and e-learning developer with 6+ years of experience in learning and development across Myanmar and Thailand. I design learner-centered courses, turn classroom material into digital modules and video lessons, and build and manage courses on learning platforms.

What I do

Course & instructional design

I develop learner-centered courses from needs analysis through learning objectives, scripts, activities, and assessments, guided by ADDIE and adult learning principles.

E-learning development

I turn classroom material into accessible digital modules, bite-sized videos, interactive activities, and assessments for learners in different locations and bandwidth settings.

LMS & learning platforms

I build and manage bilingual LMS courses, maintain content and version control, and track completion and usability to support learners and training teams.

Learning strategy & evaluation

I work with subject-matter experts to localize content, coordinate testing and rollout, and use pre- and post-assessment data to improve learning outcomes.

  • Designed organization’s first video-based digital learning, bite-sized video, promotional videos, and digital assets using AI-assisted tools
